RootNotes Young Folk

RootNotes Young Folk is a music group for children and young people aged 9+ who want to develop their music skills and play in a band. You will need your own acoustic instrument to join the group but there are opportunities to try out different ones too. You will learn folk tunes from across Europe and North America and have a go at composing your own new ones. You will develop skills as a performer and in playing and singing as part of a group.

RootNotes Young Folk meets on Tuesdays after school at Alwington Village Hall, Fairy Cross, near Bideford. The session runs from 5.15-6.15pm.

Cost: £30 per person for a half term (5 sessions). Sibling discount available - please contact Becki for details.
